During the review of this Brooklyn project, the Architect informed our Flood Design Team about the limited space between the exterior finish of the building to the property line. Challenging efforts were then made to fit the flood barriers without exceeding over the property line and obstructing any entrance points. However, designing with FRA Flood Panels, the Flood Design Team provided an ideal solution to customize a unique configuration to meet all building code standards in NYC. Once the installation was complete, both the General Contractor and Ownership were thoroughly pleased with our efforts to find a one-of-a-kind solution to a not uncommon obstacle in NYC.
