This property on Historic Collins Avenue in Miami was in need of flood panels prior to their new tenant, CVS, taking ownership. During a previous renovation, flood barriers were purchased, but CVS needed a solution that was easier to deploy by the employees that would be on site prior to a storm. After a consultation with the Flood Design Team, the FRA Flood Panel was chosen because of its ease of deployment, simple maintenance, and storage requirements.
