This Dunkin’ project was yet another dry floodproofing project stemming from our existing relationship with Oliveri Architects. Doing multiple projects with the same firm speaks to the value that we add through education, design help, and execution of our floodproofing projects. The project is in a special flood hazard area and required dry floodproofing in order to meet code and ensure a resilient design. We worked extensively with the contractor team at Stansell Construction by providing material and installation thus highlighting our full turn-key capabilities.
