The Design-Build Contractor for Grow West was at a crossroads when the county required a dry floodproofing solution for their new commercial storage facility. The Design-Builder contacted our Flood Design Team for a complimentary Flood Plan Review where multiple solutions were looked at and discussed. The Design-Builder ultimately chose to move forward with our Custom Door and Window option due to its light weight and ease of deployment. This system includes custom sized openings, a toolless deployment feature, and a QR Code on the panel allowing the deployment team to quickly access guides and videos of deployment. This is Phase 1 of Grow West with multiple others in the queue to be completed.
