We received a news article detailing the redevelopment efforts at the Old Springfield Bar in Sea Isle City, NJ. The developer, GMH Enterprises, was referenced in the article and we began reaching out to them in December of 2020. When we got in touch with the project manager we were able to explain how we could help. We were then put in contact with the general contractor at Elford, who we provided a full dry floodproofing assessment to. Elford had a hard deadline to complete the project by Memorial Day of 2021. Because of that, we decided Flex-Cover and their 2-week lead time was the perfect match for the project.
