23rd & Cherry

This project began with development plans for the 23rd and Cherry site which were well within the Special Flood Hazard Area. After reviewing our Flood Design Team's assessment plans, the General Contractor decided to go with the adaptable FRA Panel for its suitability to the prevailing site conditions.
