In our first discussion with the architect about this project, we learned that they were currently dealing with flood code issues that were holding up the process. We then set up a lunch and learn with the firm to educate on the local codes and product solutions and had our Flood Design Team review the project plans. The FDT felt confident that FRA Flood Panels were the best product to protect the resort from future flooding and they ensured they were code compliant. We were then happy to stay in communication with the GC and support them throughout the entire process.
