A luxury apartment complex along the Hudson River in Weehawken, New Jersey implemented a comprehensive flood protection strategy to safeguard critical building components. Custom Mega Flood Log Systems were installed to protect the gas room and several key window openings from potential flood intrusion. The project also incorporated multiple Smart Vent solutions, including stacker configurations, custom-painted 520 models, and fire dampers to support compliant wet floodproofing. Together, these systems provide layered protection designed to help the waterfront property remain resilient during flood events.
