Liollio Architecture reached out to Floodproofing.com with a unique, new construction project that was not originally built to flood code. Ashley River Park is an 85-acre riverfront property that offers something for all ages with primary features that include trails, fishing ponds, splash fountains, dog parks, ropes course, and much more. Since their outfitter and restroom buildings required custom flood panels, our Flood Design Team was able to work hand-in-hand with the Architect and EdCon to come up with the solution - FRA Flood Panels. There is also a pavilion on the premise that is being protected by SMART VENT Engineered Flood Vents.
